my room just had an inspection from the UPK. pergh~ sumpah gelabah!
dah la i was wearing my shorts with a baby tee.
tiba² dengar orang lelaki bagi salam. dengan menggelabah sotongnya I sarung track suit and t-shirt.
Sumpah bodoh nak mampos!

tak senang betul!
tak pasal - pasal kena tampal sticker kat charger and pejadah haram lagi benda elektrik. nasib baik I dah bayar! kalau tak, tak pasal - pasal kena denda!
Its been the most tiring - yet - fun - and - interesting day so far!
lets start off from the beginning shall we?
last night I was struggling my ass of to study the subject IMD 302 (Foundations of Archives Administration) since there'll be a quiz at 3.oo p.m. today. So, i slept at 4.30 a.m. in the morning. Having an 8.00 o'clock class today is really killing me. I woke up at 6.30 a.m. (thanks to SkeletonBun) but i fell asleep again and suddenly angah wake me up saying that it's already 7.30 a.m. So, dengan semangat berkobar - kobarnya saya berkata "babe, let's ponteng!" ahahahaha. . . well since I've never skip this class before so tak ada lah takut sangat untuk menuang kuliah. Yang tak boleh blah nya ialah sebaik sahaja kami memutuskan untuk memonteng, tiba - tiba! Rasa ngantok pun sayup - sayup hilang dari diri in. ecewah~ bangga Pn Rozita (cikgu BM I masa Form 5) kalau baca ayat I ni.
So, i started to play game at my computer until it was 8.30 kot kalau tak silap then baru lah dapat tidur balik. Sedar - sedar je dah pukul 11 lebih. terus msg angah tanya dia dah bangun ke belum. but she didn't reply so i assume she's not awake. After malas-ing on my bed for a while, I went to take my shower and decided to eat something for brunch due to kemalasan tahap dewa untuk turun mencari makanan di UPTOWN and memandangkan ada Pasar Malam hari ini so kira pakej la makan dinner terus lepas kelas IMD 302 td.
Pukul 2.15 p.m. dengan berkobar - kobarnya pergi bilik Kak Pah dengan tujuan nak study sekali kononnya. ahahaha sebab duduk kat bilik macam org bodoh and otak asyik menendang keluar semua yang cuba dibaca dan dihafal. sampai je bilik KP, tak jadi study. ahahaha sembang pasal lelaki bangsat yang cari gaduh dengan I then dah "fuck! fuck! fuck! fuck!" for a thousand time, masa pun berlalu dan kami beredar ke kelas di Blok Usahawan tepat pada pukul 2.30 p.m. *contohilah kami dengan keluar setengah jam awal untuk ke kelas pada setiap hari*. Sampai je kat Blok U tiba - tiba dengar satu suara kat dalam kelas kitorang so lepak la kat gazebo. tepat pukul 3.05 p.m I called Pn Rohayu to asked her about our class since the people inside still haven't come out yet and Pn Rohayu boleh pulak cakap "eh, saya terlupa nak inform you all yang hari ini tak ada kelas. Saya kat klinik ni". Dengan perasaan gembira + bengang, I informed my mates about it. semua pakat - pakat nak balik.
Since the Pasal Malam haven't started yet, Gee, Lea, Qis, Che Da, Kak Pah, Angah and I decided to chill out at Cafe' Admin. so, dah gelak guling - guling and setelah I dinobatkan sebagai ROLL MODEL, kami pun bergerak ke Pasar Malam. . .
Di Pasar Malam,
tengah syok - syok usha makanan yang nak dibeli boleh pulak hujan. . .
Since, Kak Pah, Angah and I decided to eat Nasi Ayam Hainan, so all of us stuck at the nasi ayam's stall for quite some time.
Sempatlah berkenalan dengan 3 orang pelajar Part 1 yang boleh tahan handsome. ahahaha dengan gagahnya, mereka bertiga telah memegang payung abang nasi ayam tu so that payung tu tak terbang. and kitorang pun berteduh kat situ. Abang nasi ayam tu bukan main syok lagi bila angah snap gambar dia. siap tanya "gambar ayam dah ambil belum dik?" ahaha boleh tahan poser abang tu!
Sempatlah berkenalan dengan adik - adik baru dari DQS tu. found out that 2 of them, Anip and dont - know - what - his - name are from kedah while the other one, Sogo is from kluang. Reda je hujan, abang tu terus bagi nasi ayam kitorang and kitorang terus gerak la kan, tunggu apa lagi? owh! owh! sempat snap a few pictures with the boys! =))

Last weekend I went to Angah's house in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan. So we decided that she would post about our weekend and I'll post about the Pudding recipe we learn from Ibu. *ahahaha sumpah aku pemalas*. Anyway, chekout angah's blog for our weekend's entry.
So, here are the recipe for that lovely Pudding :-
- 3 cans of lychee
- 2 cans of evaporated full cream milk
- Sugar to taste (as Ibu main guna senduk je and tak bagitau berapa banyak nak letak)
- 2 packets of "agar - agar"
Ni la dia evaporated full cream milk kalau anda semua tidak tahu ye.
boleh juga digunakan di dalam proses pembuatan dadih =))
- Blend semua laici tu tapi jangan sampai hancur sangat2 tau and at the same time masak agar - agar tu kat dalam 1 pot. owh! keep the lychee syrup!
- Bila agar - agar tu dah masak, meaning that dah tak berketul - ketul lagi, masukkan semua laici yang telah diblend dan masuk sekali the syrups from the lychee.
- Gradually stir it and let it boiled for a few minutes.
- After that, masukkan gula, a few senduk as what I saw from Ibu but she told me that we need to let it taste sweeter than it should be. so agak - agak la sendiri k? yang penting jangan biar dia manis secukup rasa la. make sure ianya manis lebih. ahahaha
- Owh! ibu said that before we put in the evaporated milk, we have to let it sit for a while since the evaporated milk nanti macam pecah if masuk masa tgh mendidih. angah cakap macam santan pecah minyak. then both of us started to bayangkan pudding tu berminyak kat atas! bluek!!! NOT good!
- Lepas dah masukkan susu tu, biarkan ia sejuk sedikit sebelum masuk ke dalam acuan or bekas yang bersesuaian untuk proses pembekuan.
- Make sure that you scoop it instead of pouring it because when you pour it into the bowl, it will create bubbles and you definitely doesnt want all those bubbles.
- Then let it hardened and ready to be serve. =))

I think I'm addicted to dark chocolate so much. I just can't resist myself from buying one! grr~
So, I would like to share some info on chocolate and dark chocolate. =)
There has been disagreement in the EU about the definition of chocolate; this dispute covers several ingredients, including the types of fat used, quantity of cocoa, and so on. But in 1999, the EU at least resolved the fat issue by allowing up to 5% of chocolate's content to be one of 5 alternatives to cocoa butter; illipe, palm oil, sal, shea, kokum gurgi, or mango kernel.
A recent workaround by the US confection industry has been to reduce the amount of cocoa butter in candy bars without using vegetable fats by adding polyglycerol polyricinoleate (PGPR), which is an artificial castor oil-derived emulsifier that simulates the mouthfeel of fat. Up to 0.3% PGPR may be added to chocolate for this purpose.
Why is Dark Chocolate Healthy?
Chocolate is made from plants, which means it contains many of the health benefits of dark vegetables. These benefits are from flavonoids, which act as antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the body from aging caused by free radicals, which can cause damage that leads to heart disease. Dark chocolate contains a large number of antioxidants (nearly 8 times the number found in strawberries). Flavonoids also help relax blood pressure through the production of nitric oxide, and balance certain hormones in the body.
Heart Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate:
Dark chocolate is good for your heart. A small bar of it everyday can help keep your heart and cardiovascular system running well. Two heart health benefits of dark chocolate are:
- Lower Blood Pressure: Studies have shown that consuming a small bar of dark chocolate everyday can reduce blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure.
- Lower Cholesterol: Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) by up to 10 percent.
Chocolate also holds benefits apart from protecting your heart:
- It tastes good
- It stimulates endorphin production, which gives a feeling of pleasure
- It contains serotonin, which acts as an anti-depressant
- It contains theobromine, caffeine and other substances which are stimulants
Here is some more good news -- some of the fats in chocolate do not impact your cholesterol. The fats in chocolate are 1/3 oleic acid, 1/3 stearic acid and 1/3 palmitic acid:
- Oleic Acid is a healthy monounsaturated fat that is also found in olive oil.
- Stearic Acid is a saturated fat but one which research is shows has a neutral effect on cholesterol.
- Palmitic Acid is also a saturated fat, one which raises cholesterol and heart disease risk.
That means only 1/3 of the fat in dark chocolate is bad for you.
This information doesn't mean that you should eat a pound of chocolate a day. Chocolate is still a high-calorie, high-fat food. Most of the studies done used no more than 100 grams, or about 3.5 ounces, of dark chocolate a day to get the benefits.
One bar of dark chocolate has around 400 calories. If you eat half a bar of chocolate a day, you must balance those 200 calories by eating less of something else. Cut out other sweets or snacks and replace them with chocolate to keep your total calories the same.
Chocolate Tip 2 - Taste the Chocolate:
Chocolate is a complex food with over 300 compounds and chemicals in each bite. To really enjoy and appreciate chocolate, take the time to taste it. Professional chocolate tasters have developed a system for tasting chocolate that include assessing the appearance, smell, feel and taste of each piece.
Chocolate Tip 3 - Go for Dark Chocolate:
Dark chocolate has far more antioxidants than milk or white chocolate. These other two chocolates cannot make any health claims. Dark chocolate has 65 percent or higher cocoa content.
Chocolate Tip 4 - Skip the Nougat:
You should look for pure dark chocolate or dark chocolate with nuts, orange peel or other flavorings. Avoid anything with caramel, nougat or other fillings. These fillings are just adding sugar and fat which erase many of the benefits you get from eating the chocolate.
Chocolate Tip 5 - Avoid Milk:
It may taste good but some research shows that washing your chocolate down with a glass of milk could prevent the antioxidants being absorbed or used by your body.

It's been awhile since I updated my blog.
So, banyak yang ingin dikongsi. cewah~
last week has been the most tiring week. there's this Integrasi IMS a.k.a. Annual Grand Meeting (AGM) as well as Eksplorasi IMS which is a.k.a. Course Induction.
I was actually being posted as one of the food exco but then as ussual we need to help each others once your job is basically done right? berganding bahu la katakan. . . ahahah
so having to deal with the Jrs are FUN and EXCITING yet terrifying since a numerous of our students from Part1 are suspect for H1N1 / Swine Flu. huhuhu. . . But overall everything went well.
btw on friday morning, I was so EXCITED since i get to naik the Lori GARDENIA ahahahaha. . . . with Hakimm as my partner. ni semua sebab uncle sebuk pergi servis kereta so terpaksa minta tolong uncle roti tu hantar roti kat surau kolej I. Hakim macam "uish! cepat weyh turun. malu dowh!" and I was like "woooohoooooo!!! this is AWESOME!" ahahaha sumpah aku kampung time ni!
the Integrasi and Eksplorasi i xnak comment banyak. Kalau nak tau, check je Blog IMS since I will be posting a report about it.
